Submissions & Permits
The Goal: Getting the proper approvals.
What Happens: You don't need to stress about the paperwork. We handle the submission to authorities like DBKL, MBPJ, MPAJ, or MBSJ. If you stay in a condo, we also deal with your Management Office for renovation deposits and work permits.
The Outcome: Approved permits. We only start work when it is safe and legal.
Construction & Updates
The Goal: Work gets done smoothly.
What Happens: Our team manages the renovation from start to finish. We monitor the materials, workers, and schedule. We are strict about keeping the site clean and not disturbing your neighbors. The Promise: We send weekly updates via WhatsApp (photos & videos) so you can track the progress without needing to drive over every day.

Handover & Checking
